There are many ways to create an Internet Business and become a success online. But the best advice I can give you is to base your online business on your goals and personality for a perfect fit.

In this short post, I’m going to talk about a strategy best suited for the Do-It-Yourselfer. You know who I mean: the type of person that already has a vision for their online business and are looking to put it together from scratch.

If you are a Do-It-Yourselfer Internet market you want to jump in and get your hands dirty and get started building your UNIQUE online presence as soon as possible.

And there is nothing wrong with that!

But just don’t do what I did and just try to put out fires as they flair up. If you do, you’ll find you’re busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. You’ll spend so much time searching for solutions, you’ll never actually get anything done.

So, here is a 3 STEP PLAN based on your personality.

Step 2: Set Up Your Internet Business Infrastructure

You need to build your Internet Business Infrastructure which consists of domain name, webhosting, website or blog and autoresponder.

Domain Name: I use GoDaddy.com to register my domain. While I find the check out process kind of cumbersome, they are who I use and haven’t had any problems. But of course, there are a lot of Domain Name Registrars out there, so feel free to search around.

Hosting: I recommend Hostgator because they have really reasonable prices.Â I suggest you go for the “Baby” Plan because it gives you more flexibility with UNLIMITED domains.

One of the other reasons I recommend Hostgator is because they have Fantastico Deluxe in the cPanel, which allows you to install Wordpress by clicking a few buttons. If you are planning on setting up a Wordpress blog, this is the easiest way to get it installed.

Website Or Blog: You need to either create a website or build a blog as your web presence. If you need help deciding, check out this post:

The Website Option: If you want to create a professional looking website with all the bells and whistles, but without having to learn a bunch of complicated programs and code, I recommend XSitePro. (I made my wife learn how to use Dreamweaver, and now am afraid to show her how easy it is to build websites with XSitePro… shhh, don’t tell her!)

Autoresponder: If you are building any type of online business, you need a reliable way to communicate with subscribers and customers. There is just no way around it. And Aweber is hands down the best.

So, now what?

Step 3: ACTION!

If you are a true Do-It-Yourselfer, you now have everything you need to build, grow and profit online. You now have the knowledge and tools to succeed.

But knowledge is worthless unless put into action.

And tools are worthless unless used.

So, ACT!

Get busy building your Internet Business.
