Hey Bloggers: Did You Bring A Knife To A Gun Fight?

As most of you know, blogging is a great, easy way to develop a web presence. Blogging technology makes posting content to the Internet so simple that almost anyone can do it. No experience, no problem!
But if you are trying to make money with your blog, I have a question:
Did you bring a knife to a gun fight?
In order to get the targeted traffic you need for your blog to be profitable, you need to use the blogging tools the pros use.
Most bloggers post to their blog… and wait. They wait for the search engines to index them (which is fast when you ping your blog). But for most bloggers, this is not enough to get a steady stream of targeted traffic entering, reading and acting on something they see on their blog.
Here’s the truth:
Blogging is very competitive. Thousands of blogs come online all the time. So if you want to win the blogging war, you must use every tool at your disposal. Because if you aren’t using the best blogging tools, you can bet your competition is!
